I have been paying $120 per month for this service for nearly two years. At first, everything went smoothly. I was able to get a response from my account manager, generally in a timely manner. After a few months, my account was transferred to a new account manager. She has been horrible. I can not get a reply via email, text or phone call. I have asked for them to cancel my account for a couple of months. Yet here I am being charged again this month. All of their business phone numbers seem to be disconnected. I will be filing a formal complain against the company today.
