Extremely slow return processing. I returned a linen dress that was much lighter than expected and didn’t fit well. My return arrived on November 10, and as of December 9, it still hasn’t been processed. They claimed in their emails, "This usually takes 1–2 weeks from the date of arrival, but with Black Friday, we’re a bit behind." It has been 4 weeks. Trust them at your own risk.
