AVOID PLACING AN ORDER! SCAM! I ordered a dress for my elopement. The seller was very responsive during my initial inquiries, with quick replies and plenty of emojis—was that a red flag? The dress arrived but was of poor quality for the price (629 Euros). I immediately began the return process but faced numerous obstacles. The return email bounced back, directing me to another address, which also bounced. I had to search online for return instructions. Eventually, the seller sent me a link to a platform for returns, but it displayed an error message saying they don’t accept returns from my country. I emailed again for clarification, and they acknowledged issues with the platform but never followed up. I ultimately disputed the charges with my credit card. Days later, they sent a working return link. I sent back the items and received confirmation they'd be processed soon. Fast forward a month, still no refund. My credit card company informed me the seller is disputing my claim. These individuals are scammers. What a frustrating and stressful ordeal! I ordered the dress at the end of May, and now it’s August. A truly brutal experience.
