I purchased a dress during a sale. When I tried it on, it didn’t fit as the size was clearly wrong, and the fabric quality was poor. I paid for international shipping from one country to another, but they were unavailable upon delivery. I sent numerous emails requesting a refund but received no replies. I reached out on social media, and they just directed me back to the same email addresses I had already contacted. In the end, the package was returned to me after a month. It was a double loss, as I had to cover both the dress and return shipping costs. Unacceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM – IT IS A SCAM!
