To say the after-sales experience was terrible would be an understatement! I ordered two identical dresses in different sizes to try on and return the incorrect one. However, over a month has passed since they received my return, and despite multiple emails to customer service asking for my refund—which should have happened within 15 days—I still haven’t received a response or my money back! I fear I’ve been scammed and they’ve taken the dress without refunding me! This is outrageous! If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will take legal action! Definitely avoid this company! It’s a shame because the clothes were decent!
