This seller is either a scam or completely incompetent. I ordered two items totaling £600. They did not confirm dispatch in the expected timeframe (several weeks, as these were pre-orders), so I reached out. No response. After multiple attempts, I finally received a reply apologizing for the delay, promising they would arrive by a new date, but they never did. I requested cancellation and a refund since the event I needed them for had long passed (about 4 months after placing the order). Again, no response despite numerous emails and messages. I finally threatened to escalate the issue to my bank, and they replied, canceling my order and apologizing. However, the refund never materialized. They continued to ignore my requests, promising refunds that never came, until I opened a complaint with my bank. Eventually, the bank recognized the seller was at fault and compensated me, but as far as I know, the seller faced no repercussions. I commented on their social media to warn others and saw others doing the same. DO NOT BUY.
