For a second time I have the same experience with an order at Wolky online shop. Last year I ordered online and paid shoes, after one week the shoes didn't come. When I called I was told that they will send the shoes. No explanation why the shoes were not already sent. Now I have the same experience. I ordered and paid for shoes, one week later still no shoes, no email, nothing. Only after I called and ask where the shoes are I got again the same answer that the shoes hasn't been sent yet and that they will send them now. So 2x the same experience - I paid for the shoes and if I didn't call and ask about them I would never see the shoes. Wolky takes the money but doesn't send the goods. Having 2x the same experience I know that this is not just some mistake, it looks like a structural thing at Wolky. Another issue what I have - I ordered second pair of shoes on 5.4., website stated that the shoes will be delivered from 10.4. After calling today 12.4. I was told that the shoes will be suddenly sent from the 25.4. So similar experience, shoes that are ordered and already paid suddenly are not available from the 10.4. but perhaps will be available from the 25.4. Wolky is simply taking payments for shoes but the delivery of the shoes seems not to be their priority. And everyone knows that the price for Wolky shoes is not low.
