Ordered pair of Wolky shoes for my daughter. They took my money order didn't register on their system. Contacted them a manual order was processed and shoes dispatched. They got to Yodel's sort centre U.K. But were never forwarded to Ireland. After waiting three days I contacted Wolkyshop to be told that my shoes had arrived in Ireland but that they couldn't track further as Yodel's website was down and left it to me to follow up. Now Yodel doesn't operate an email contact system but has a live chat facility that is always busy and inoperative however they do have Twitter contact after several tweets and a further 3 days they informed me that the shoes were lost. Two weeks from the date of order and had to buy an alternative pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday. After 2 further emails I was granted a refund. What a terrible waste of time and effort! This company may make great shoes but that is terrible customer service
