I have been with WOLTERS CANTAX FOR YEARS BUT THE LACK OF SUPPORT AND REPEATEDLY CHANGING THE PASSWORDS FOR SUPPORT IS A ROYAL PAIN IN THE BEHIND. SLOW PROCESS and ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING ALL OF US END USERS.I NEED ANSWERS IMMEDIATELY AND GOING CHAT CHANNEL ONLY IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
