Concerns Regarding Data Access Request

Dear Customer Service, Your response is completely incorrect and does not comply with GDPR regulations. I did not request data deletion, but rather a GDPR Data Access Request (DSAR) in which I sought: all personal data held about me, all account information, all transaction records, IP addresses and device data, account opening and closing details, internal notes, bonus profile classification, and all documents associated with my account. This is my right under Article 15 of the GDPR, which you are required to fulfill within 30 days. The template response you provided is misleading because: My account was closed under the pretext of a "data deletion request," which I did not initiate. The refusal to provide my data is unlawful. All similar platforms sent the same template response simultaneously, indicating they are operated by the same provider. This raises further concerns about unlawful data handling, misleading customer service, and coordinated deception. I demand the immediate release of my data as stipulated by Article 15 of the GDPR. If this is denied or delayed, I will submit all my evidence on 01.01.2026 to the relevant authorities, including: Danish Data Protection Authority, Lithuanian National Data Protection Authority, Curacao Gaming Licensing Authority, EU Consumer Protection Cooperation Network, European Data Protection Board, Hungarian Gambling Authority, Online Gambling Fraud Coordination Centre. These authorities will be informed of: the creation of multiple accounts from the same IP and device, allowing deposits from the same bank card, identical customer service personnel across various platforms, classification as C-profile and its implications, unjust enrichment due to refusal to refund my deposits, and unlawful denial of GDPR data access.
