This managing company deserves no more than two points - from the disastrous check‑in experience to the way they handle (or rather, ignore) their guests’ needs throughout the stay.On the day of our arrival, I tried contacting them repeatedly from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Booking.com and WhatsApp. Not a single reply. When we finally went to their office, they falsely claimed they had been trying to reach me, yet when I asked them to prove it, they couldn’t. That was how our stay began.The next day, I reported that two of the three kitchen lights weren’t working. The kitchen has no windows, so proper lighting is essential. We stayed for over two weeks, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve, yet the issue was never fixed. All our holiday cooking had to be done in near darkness — a memory I won’t forget, though not for good reasons.Everything extra with this company seems to be a hassle or an additional charge. Need a second set of keys? That’s €20 in cash deposit. Want to check out at 12 instead of their unrealistic 10 a.m.? They’ll charge you 70% of a full night’s rate for just two extra hours.Overall, this was a very frustrating travel experience. Poor communication, lack of maintenance, and unreasonable fees - I strongly advise avoiding this company. We wanted to extend our stay in the city but chose another place to avoid new issues.
