The water stopped working in our original accommodation so we were moved to another apartment (no offer of transport to pick us up) which was in a very run down building with loud music from a local nightclub, also at 1/4 of the price of the accommodation we booked (with no offer for a refund). We found both accommodations to be poorly equipped with dirty floors. We all agreed that the service we received and the apartment we were moved to ruined our holiday. Also, we paid the city tax upon arriving at the original accommodation and are now being asked to pay the city tax for the apartment we were moved to (???)
