This is not a matter of “wear and tear,” and suggesting that I should have called an electrician is completely unacceptable.Booking.com has processed only €142, which is insufficient. I expect a full refund of the original payment directly to my account. This case has also been submitted to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).Please confirm by September 19 2025 how and when the refund will be processed.
