I had a terrible time figuring out how to add volunteers to invite list.Scheduled a zoom meeting which was automatically processed. Recieved an automatic verification to meet. Waited on zoom for 30 minutes at my school because latest time for eastern time was 3:15. No one showed up. Emailed staff that no one showed up and found out that person was out on leave in Ohio. Overall felt that lack of personal contact and the work I had to do to find a live person for support was sorely lacking. Please don't assume everyone can follow your vague instructional videos. I am a full time educator and found it very difficult to navigate your dashboard.
