I ordered my item on the 12th of November, and as of the 8th of December, it still hasn’t arrived. There's no phone support, and while they reply to emails within 48 hours, the information provided is not helpful. They keep sending me a tracking link that shows no updates. I'm quite anxious about not having a gift for my daughter.
