It seems the company is based in another country, but this wasn't clear on their website. The delivery was consistently delayed, and after receiving an email suggesting I could cancel, I chose to do so after a few more days of waiting. I got a message indicating a refund was being processed, and a pending refund for the full amount appeared on my credit card. However, no refund has been received, and it appears the refund has failed. This experience has been very disappointing.
