I ordered two switches for my daughter's main Christmas presents on the 19th of November, nearly a month ago. The delivery keeps getting pushed back, and I receive emails stating 3-5 days for delivery. I'm really worried my daughter won't get her gifts in time. It's baffling how a company can be so poor with their delivery service. I was assured I would receive my order this week, but that doesn't seem to be happening. My order status hasn't changed in two weeks; the last update was on the 29th of November, which feels unacceptable. The website now mentions additional delays of 2-3 days on top of what I've already experienced. I ordered early, well ahead of others who have shared their reviews, and still haven't received anything. I can't afford to buy elsewhere in time. This company is incredibly disappointing and dishonest about delivery times. If I had known, I would have opted for a better delivery service. They should communicate delays honestly instead of misleading customers. I'm hoping to get my daughter's gifts, but it seems unlikely. If I don't see an update by Sunday, I'll have to cancel my order since it's too close to Christmas to keep waiting.
