I ordered a set of earbuds from this company due to a very attractive price at the end of November, intending them as a Christmas gift for my daughter. They arrived on December 2nd, but that’s when the problems began. The packaging was damaged and worn, and even worse, the seals were broken. Although the items were inside, it was evident they had been tampered with. I reached out to the support team right away to report this and inquire about their response. They requested photos, which I sent. After several back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to accept the return and promised a refund if everything was in order. This was frustrating since they had sent me the tampered items in the first place. It took them over a week to provide me with return instructions. Once I received the return label, I promptly sent the items back. They confirmed receipt on December 15th, although this was after two delivery attempts. Now, on December 18th, I’m still waiting for confirmation that they have processed my return and that my refund is forthcoming. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered.
