My experience with this seller has been dreadful. I placed an order on December 1st, but the tracking information didn't update for a week. After some time, I was informed there would be a delay of a few days. Now, 17 days later, the tracking is still not updated, and the item hasn't arrived. I attempted to request a refund to shop elsewhere, but their responses to my emails are infrequent and come at odd hours. They have refused to cancel my order or issue a refund. I strongly recommend steering clear of this seller.
