I realized quickly that the item could likely be purchased for a fraction of the price on Amazon or in a Walmart or a drug store, so I tried to cancel my order, then tried to get a response of how I could return the product. After multiple emails, there was not one response to any of them. I even called the company who works out of the address that was listed on my credit card statement, but they knew nothing about Wondolla (that’s what they said anyway). The product did actually arrive, but it’s sure not worth the money I spent on it! Due diligence, comparisons and reading reviews are vital for any decision. Mine was an impulse buy. Never again.
