Couldnt of asked for a better experience! Ordered an engagement ring online, was contacted by the team the next day to say unfortunately because of the size there would be a delay and I needed it to take on holiday in 4 days to propose.I was asked to come into the store to look for alternatives. Charlie at the store was amazing! She brought over a few options of ones similar to what I had ordered, but also shown me something different which I went with and the ring my Fiancé absolutely adores. Without the help of Charlie and her experience and professionalism I wouldn't have had the ring to take with me to propose.This jewellers has been recommended by so many, my parents have bought rings from this company going back 20 years, and my now future parents in-law had a ring made by them only a few months ago.Everyone in there are very nice and make the experience a great one. When coming back off the holiday the ring was too big, Charlie got this booked in for a re-size that same day so my Fiancé could wear it straight away.Great experience and even better staff! Will be returning for our wedding rings!
