I recently had a consultation call, but unfortunately, the experience felt more like a sales pitch for their package (interview coaching, CV preparation, etc.) rather than a genuine discussion about my career needs.
When I asked specific questions about their experience working with candidates in the hospitality industry, the agent appeared to agree with everything without providing clear or credible details. When prompted for concrete examples of successful placements or case studies, they were unable to share any and did not follow up with supporting information via email as mentioned during the call.
Additionally, I never received any follow-up communication after the consultation, which further raised concerns about the credibility of their claims.
