This was not even remotely helpful of a service. Chat GPT produces better, real cover letters for free. The resume builder did nothing useful, AND only exports to a PDF, which is absolutely ridiculous, and then you can change or adjust any formatting. I had cancelled my subscription, but somehow it billed me again - a service, mind you, I haven't used since the first week of paying, and they won't refund you. Absolutely the worst customer service and tool. I have never written a Trustpilot review, as even though some situations I have dealt with have less than ideal outcomes, this one I found so wrong. I didn't want a guaranteed refund, as I do understand now why that is not offered, just for the one month, since I very much recall cancelling the service. They claim they can't refund you when they can, they just choose not to.
