I ordered some paint for delivery through mail order from a seller. They arranged for DPD to handle the delivery. Upon arrival, the tin was dented and leaking paint, but the seller refuses to accept any responsibility for the damaged goods. They claim it must have occurred during transit. However, since they organized the shipping, DPD stated they only deal with the seller. I plan to reach out to consumer advice to see if it’s legal for them to not guarantee goods in advertised condition and would caution others about purchasing from this seller.
