Initially I completed the ‘bespoke’ form with my design and within 48 hours received detailed drawings and quote - this let me see that I may wish a few changes, so I then phoned and discussed these. All communication was excellent. We received our order very quickly, and although the idea of building it ourselves was a little daunting - we did not need to worry. Very clear instructions - step by step. Quite physical in our case as we needed to slightly flatten area first, but once the base layer was done it was fairly plain sailing and I am absolutely delighted with our new planter.
