The raised pond I ordered came quickly on a large, heavy pallet and everything was included; the instructions are clear and the finished pond looks great. Making the ground level before you start is crucial but once you start layering the woodblox it gets easier with each layer. Takes a bit of time and effort to get the pond liner into the corners, but the final effect is great. I'd happily recommend them.
