The product itself is "OK" it is hugely overpriced in my opinion for what is essentially pressure treated timber with pre-drilled holes and plastic peg system that allows it to interconnect a bit like Lego. The company itself though seems completely incapable of dealing with issues arising from the product. In my case I had missing parts in the order, new blocx split on me during assembly, a faulty design that I had to retrospectively fix and asked to pay for parts I did not need or had no use for. The product is marketed as "east to build", No not at all from my experience it took me 3x the time I had anticipated to basically fix what was wrong. When I tried to resolve with WoodBlocX I got obfuscation, denial followed by being completely ignored. Months later I get what appears to be a sincere apology and offer of a significant refund only for them to not actually give me a refund.... Avoid at all costs, you can get cheaper and better options elsewhere certainly a better customer experience.
