Terrible availability of after sales service support x2

Ive never 1 star-ed a company twice on 1 order. but this takes the cake.I ordered my Piano from Woodbrass 10 weeks ago. It looks like a beautiful machine, but i have yet to see it. They first shipped the wrong order to me. It took me 5 weeks! To get in contact. another 3 weeks to get them to pick it up. all that time these huge boxes took up space in my house..They refused to exchange the wrongly delivered piano with the piano i ordered. I first had to return their wrongly delivered goods.. After they confirmed they received it, they asked me if i want a refund or the piano.. Against my better judgement i said I still want the piano, because its gorgeous! that was 2 weeks ago. Now i'm left with nothing and they still have my money.No communication since. The last 1 star review was the only way to get them to respond. I hope this one has the same result and that i'll one day, get the piano i ordered.
