I want to express my frustration with this company for selling my book without my knowledge, effectively taking my royalties and undermining my work. I discovered this when I had my daughter purchase my book, which arrived the next day, yet no sale was recorded in my account. When I inquired with the company, they acted as if they were unaware. After contacting the platform, I learned that the company had been selling my book under a different ISBN through their own account. They eventually admitted to selling 69 copies and paid me royalties, but I have no way of knowing the actual number sold. They promised quarterly statements but never delivered. Their account setup seems designed for larger publishers, not independent authors. Communication has broken down completely; they no longer answer my calls. I paid a considerable sum for their services, yet they refuse to provide access details for my website and have been incredibly dishonest throughout this process. I urge caution to anyone considering working with this company. I've also discovered another author who had a similar experience with them. This situation has caused me significant stress, and I haven't been able to write for over a year due to the uncertainty they've created.
