So horrible experience to get my daughter’s shoes. It’s been a while since I ordered them. I had to contact the customer service robot to finally get an answer on my order. After more than one month, this morning they attempted to deliver. Everybody was home, but it looks nobody heard the ring, and they went away with the shoes again since nobody attended the door. I was awake, and didn’t hear a person at the door…. Now they sent they’ll come back, I’ll receive an email, but when? For this first delivery, nobody notified me by email. I am SO DISSATISFIED!!!
