I received excellent customer service from a young man called Matthew. I wasn’t sure what kind of shelter would have suited us best but after speaking with Matthew and explained what it was for and what it needed to do he suggested a smoking shelter, which turned out to be perfect. Great size, excellent quality and looks like it’s built to last. The delivery went really smoothly, didn’t have to lift a finger! All in all a great products with customer service to match!
