To start with I have order a center table on 5th oct (that’s not the exact date but closer) after soo my follow ups they came and sooo many stories which they told I finally got the product after 1 end a half month later and the very next min I opened and check the product and it was very diff from the pic (literally a carpenter did that and painted the bottom and in few places it was damaged as well)and I called the support and told this is not the product is diff from what I have ordered he told in the website the pics are AI generated and I asked him show me where he did not show it and I even cross check it and no where it was mentioned that it is ai generated!(Before ordering the product I asked him for the video and he told it is not possible. So I asked him whether it is returnable and he told “yes” I asked him “100% right?” He told “yes sir” )Later I told I want to return and need refund and he told we don’t give refund only replacement and later I told him you only told I have chats of that he told he will update me… and I raised a concern of refund the moment I saw the product and now it’s the fourth day since I have been following up!!!+91 76680 46553+91 93686 90137They asked me to send an email to which they haven’t responded and they always tell me we will respond in 30 min to your email and haven’t got any reply!!!! And they don’t respond to any of my calls
