Woodfell Asset Management presented Flat 107, Peacehaven for tenancy despite an ongoing cockroach infestation affecting multiple flats and communal areas.Before we were due to move in on 6 Oct 2025, we found the flat to be in an infested condition we considered uninhabitable. The agent claimed via email to be unaware of any issues, but other tenants told us that this infestation was reported to Woodfell weeks before our contract was signed.Based on our experience, we considered the flat in Peacehaven to be uninhabitable, and we felt the situation was handled very poorly by the agent, putting our belongings at risk and causing major stress. We strongly advise anyone considering a tenancy in Peacehaven or with Woodfell Asset Management to avoid them entirely.
