Not only have I never had issues with contacting them or receiving support from them, but they are a genuinely friendly and helpful team who are always a pleasure to work with. Very professional and always helpful. When reporting maintenance issues which require an engineer to visit the house, they always called me back within 24 hours to arrange a time that worked for me and the other tenant.
