Visited the store and had a frustrating experience. I purchased an expensive item and asked the staff if it was damaged due to the battered packaging, but they assured me it was not. Upon unwrapping it at home, I found it was damaged. The cashier was rude and seemed eager to leave for lunch, showing little interest in helping me. I was also overcharged by about 50€ for one item, and I later discovered that another product I bought was 30% cheaper elsewhere. I will not return.
