I had an awful experience with customer service after purchasing faulty wood flooring. We had to cancel the installation due to this issue. It was challenging to reach customer service, and when I finally did, the manager seemed uninterested in helping. Although they confirmed a delivery service existed, it was clear customer support was not a priority.
