My husband had checked with a carlow store online for stock of 2 pots. They only had 1, so he did a click and collect for the Waterford store as it stated that it had more than 2 in stock. When he arrived he had to wait 40 minutes just to be told there were none. The company were happy to take his money and he now has to wait 5 days for his refund as well as time wasted driving all the way to Waterford and wait for nothing. Normally so impressed with this store but really disappointed now.
