Absolute shambles. Firstly sent incorrect replacement part for a crap Rok pressure washer. Then they organised a return by fastway couriers. Never showed up for collection 2 days running. I drove 10kms to deliver the return item to local fastwaydepot and now fastway have lost the parcel. Woodies will not refund until parcel is located. Best of luck with that policy.
