Disgraceful after sales service. My wife bought a De Walt drill for me for an urgent job at home and the drill bit got jammed with the first use. She returned it looking for a replacement and Woodies told her to take it over to a workshop to get it fixed! Absolutely unbelievable. She left it with them but I will be calling Consumer Rights and dropping in myself to get a replacement or refund. One star is being generous. Update: 17/4/25I arrived into Woodies today and although there was another mix-up with the repaired drill, the lady at the customer service said this level of service was unacceptable and offered me a replacement drill. The other staff members I encountered were also very helpful. Redeemed in my eyes and I have updated the rating.
