Rude and uninformed.Recently visited Store in Athlone.I was looking for advice on weedkiller and was directed to the on.site Horticulturist.While trying to explain my weed problem he" unnamed " Horticulturist became agitated and frustrated. I again tried to explain the problem to which he pointed me to hand tools . I was looking to find the best weedkiller spray as the area is unsuitable for hand tools . Eventually he said they had nothing suitable and walked off leaving me feel like I'd done something wrong. I was going to report him to management but I'm not easily prone in doing such a thing but I feel it needs highlighting here.This member of staff needs to be sat down by management and told of his responsibilities to his job and customers otherwise should not be working there.
