Hi I got a key cut today when I got home it didn't work so rang and asked to speak to manager she said yes I would get another one cut or a refund I live more than 25 mins drive from Blackpool store where I got key so I told manager it's going to cost me time and money to return to the store and wanted a voucher as compensation she told me no I wouldn't be getting anything terrible customer service
