Fantastic customer service from Woodies Tullamore. I bought Johnstones paint which turned out to be an absolute disaster. I called woodies and spoke to Simon who couldn't have been more helpful and professional. He took my problem seriously and immediately began to rectify the issue. He called me back when he said he would and offered to exchange it for another brand. I called in yesterday and spoke with two ladies, Sarah and Mary, who were absolutely amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable and exchanged it without issue. I've been a long time customer of this branch and have always found the staff excellent, I've never had reason to complain before until now and I'm extremely impressed with how I was dealt with.
