Where do I begin. Your stock availability on the website is inaccurate. Went to 2 stores that showed availability of a product and when I got there, there was no stock. Ordered online on Saturday, still waiting for delivery on Friday. The item is just going to Dublin from Dublin. Meanwhile, I got documents delivered to me from the USA on Monday evening (Irish time) and they arrived in Dublin on Thursday lunch time (Irish time). Woodies can't even manage a delivery in the same county. Told the customer rep. of the issue with the stock availability on their site, days later the issue has not been resolved. It's little wonder Woodies is losing profits. They have no chance the way they operate. Also, I bought the same product from a tiny store in Cork on Wednesday night (online) and on Friday I received a courier notification that product will be delivered that day. Woodies, cop on!!
