I had a query on a delivery and couldn't get a response from the courier company. Already had to complain about a B&Q delivery that same day so didn't hold out much hope hope when I contacted Woodies for help with my order. I couldn't have been more surprised to receive a very pleasant and helpful response within about 20 minutes. I then received a thank you when I acknowledged their assistance, so 2 messages within 30 minutes from Woodies and 48 hours later no response from B&Q. I know where I will be shopping from now on. Thank you Woodies for actually providing real customer service.
