Beware buying paint in Woodie's. Spoke with Justin a manager in Coolock branch yesterday who was very unprofessional. He said Woodies won't take back and issue a refund for Woodie's own brand paint on the basis the customer returns it as substandard. Which is a breach of consumer rights to not issue a refund for substandard goods. He also said they can't stand over Woodie's own brand paint and recommended me against buying it again. Why do they stock own brand paint they won't stand over? I'm v wary of Woodies going forward, I've always had good experiences in Screwfix that's where I'll be buying in going forward.
