I visited the store and had a frustrating experience. I bought an expensive item and inquired about potential damage since the packaging appeared worn, but I was assured it was fine. Upon getting home and unwrapping it, I discovered it was damaged. The cashier was unhelpful and seemed impatient, eager to leave for lunch rather than assist me fully. Additionally, I noticed I was overcharged by about 50€ for one item, and another product I bought was available elsewhere for 30% less. I won't be returning.
