My many thanks and gratitude go out to two amazingly efficient WOOD Ranger Tools (WRT) Associates in the Customer Support Department, their names are Jonathan and Anderson. On Saturday, 1/30/26, after receiving and unpacking my order and finding that the battery unit had been damaged, assuming during transit, I emailed my concerns to WRT Customer Support Department and then resigned myself to the fact that I would likely not hear back from anyone for several days post my initial communication. But, lo and behold and well within 24 hrs., I heard from WRT’s first Customer Support Associate, Jonathan. He did not hesitate or inquire for more specifics, but instead, he provided me with clear and concise instructions on how and what I should submit, via email, to their department (i.e.,pictures of the damaged Battery unit, my Customer # and Packing Slip) for evaluation, making the whole process incredibly easy and hassle-free. Again, to my surprise and in less than 24 hours later, Anderson, the second Associate from the Customer Support Department, reached out to me. He resolved my problem by agreeing to simply replace the damaged unit with a brand new one without further inquiry or even requiring that the damaged battery unit be returned!!I now look forward to my upcoming delivery and the, hopefully, undamaged leaf blower unit, and I definitely plan to pass the word on regarding my absolutely over-the-top experience with Wood Range Tools and their two very efficient, kind and gracious young Associates in their Customer Support Department.Thanks to all of you, once again, for your absolutely efficient and pain free assistance…I remain simply AMAZED with your excellent customer service!Sincerely, Jane L.
