I ordered the leaf blower for my husband for Christmas. There were only 2 items my husband really wanted and the leaf blower was one of them. When Christmas day came around my husband was so excited he immediately ran out to blow something, anything around. At first the blower came on and quickly went off. A few days later, I notified Wood Ranger Tools Customer Service about his experience. Wood Ranger asked me to troubleshot a couple of different ways and to try it again. Well, it still did not work. My husband was heart broken. I then communicated with Joseph and his team in customer service. Joseph and his team worked with me and kept me informed about what we could try and finally it was decided that they would send me a replacement leaf blower. We received it this past weekend after dark and my husband immediately went out side after it was opened and tried again. I'm happy to report that the blower worked perfectly. I have never had a customer service department to take the time to work with us, email with me, and keep in informed and in the end replace the item. I wish all customer service departments would take lessons from Wood Ranger! This was the best experience ever. Thank you, Wood Ranger, Joseph and the whole Customer Service Department for making everything right!
