This is the best online purchasing experience I have ever had! Not only is the product top-notch but the customer service is the most outstanding I have encountered. And I shop online A LOT!After a minor dust up with my original order, the customer service dept bent over backwards to rectify the situation. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. The hedge tool is exactly what I was looking for. I am a stubborn elderly woman and prefer to do things myself while I still can. The tool is lightweight, and I can hold it in one hand. It it easy to attach the blades and the on/off/trigger mechanics are straightforward. As an added bonus, I can operate it with either hand comfortably.
