Ordered a pair of shoes, never received a shipping confirmation. Reached out to customer service who said I would received the shoes, never did. Reached out again, never heard back. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order elsewhere. I will be contacting my credit card company to resolve this issue. I was charged three weeks ago and have yet to receive my order.
